About the G-Spot
In 1950 gynecologist
Ernst Grafenberg wrote an article on the g spot which is why it is also known as
the Grafenberg spot. In his article he discussed women having a spot on
their front vaginal wall, that when stimulated, caused intense orgasms.
The g-spot is thought to be made up of "urethral sponge tissue" and swells when
a woman is aroused. Stimulation of the g-spot is also thought to induce
the ejaculation of fluid although it is considered to be small amount. It
is now widely believed that every woman has a g-spot and with a little
exploration they should have no problem locating it.
The g spot is
sometimes not easily located therefore bringing some people to believe it is a
myth. The technical location is about halfway between the pubic bone and
the front of the cervix, near the neck of the bladder where it connects with the
urethra. The size and location will vary with different women.

One of the ways to
locate the g -spot is to have your partner lie down, knees bent and feet flat.
It also helps to have a pillow propped up under the buttocks. Using your
fingers feel your way about 2-3 inches inside the vagina towards her navel.
Imagine using your fingers to say "come here". Press firmly against the
front wall and you should feel a bean sized spot and a change of texture.
By applying pressure and moving your fingers around your partner should be able
to tell you when you are hitting the right spot.
Another position you
may want to try is having her lay on her belly with a pillow under here hips and
you between her legs. In this position you would insert your fingers and
apply pressure downwards.
As you stimulate the
g-spot you will feel it firm up and swell. Your partner may also feel the
need to urinate in the first 30 seconds, which is caused by the location
of the g-spot being so close to the bladder. Many women will stop at this
point but if they can get past the feeling of urination the could be on their
way to a very powerful and intense orgasm that seems to keep going and going.
Other ways of
stimulating the g-spot can involve stimulation of the clitoris at the same time.
Also many women say they enjoy the "doggy" position as the penis comes in
contact with front vaginal wall more often than any other position. Most
women will find they need quite a bit of pressure and a little friction for a
g-spot orgasm. You may also want to try a g spot type vibrator to help
find your way. And guess where your can find one of them........plug plug.
