Ben wa and Duotone Balls

What are Ben-wa Balls?

Ben wa balls are basically two large ball bearings about 3/4"-1" in diameter and are used for insertion into the vagina.  Benwa balls produce sensations when they rub against the inside of the vagina or when they knock up against each other.  The sensations that you would feel from benwa balls are very light so unless you need very little stimulation benwa balls may not be for you.

What are Duoton Balls?

Duotone balls are basically benwa balls encased in another larger plastic or silicone ball.  The ball bearings inside this casing roll around thus making some interesting sensations while you are jogging, shopping in your favorite mall or maybe for some stress relief when you are having that kind of a day at work.  Duotone balls are usually connected together with a string or nylon cord for easy retrieval.  

Kegel Exercises and Benwa Balls

Benwas and Duotone balls also are fantastic for kegel muscle exercising.  Eventually you may even be able to hold the benwa balls inside just by muscle control only.
