Sex in public is a very popular fantasy among many people.  The possibility of getting caught having sex or even oral sex in public adds a certain excitement to the act.  This is not only a fantasy to men, it seems to turn women on just as much.  Ever had sex in a car?  If you have, most likely it was in public.  Having sex in a car gives you some protection but there is still a possibility you may be seen or caught.
